E4A/Euphoria/Aifory empties clients wallets. A new scam from the creators of TERRA, Antarex, and Onlyfinance

The redaction continue to expose the fraudulent network of Shukhrat Rasulov, the founder of the TERRA business club, whose projects systematically defraud entrepreneurs across the CIS.

Following the revelations of Antarex, which stole over 54 million rubles, and Onlyfinance, which owed traders $60,000, we turn our readers’ attention to E4A/Euphoria/Aifory—structures under the sole leadership of Rasulov, where Valentina Chobotko plays a key role.

E4A/Euphoria/Aifory are advertised as platforms for international payments and cryptocurrency transactions, promising businesses reliability and efficiency. In reality, they follow a well-established script: attracting clients through TERRA events, embezzling funds, and evading obligations. At the center of this system is Valentina Chobotko (@Val_chobotko), 34, who charismatically positions herself as an entrepreneur and sales mentor. She acts as the public face of the projects, luring partners on TERRA forums and managing communications with clients whose money disappears into the holding’s depths.

In early 2025, following the Antarex revelations, the E4A/Euphoria/Aifory team attempted to distance themselves from Rasulov’s scandalous holding, claiming their "autonomy." However, the overlap of management, financial flows, and infrastructure with ABCex, EXNODE, and DESEND confirms their integration into a single network.

By April 2025, clients began complaining en masse about payment cessation. The D**ent project reported the loss of $100,000 transferred for international settlements. The response from company representative Artur (known under the handle @processing008) boiled down to empty promises of meetings in Moscow or Dubai that never took place, and the standard excuse: "There’s no money, but we’re not refusing."

In May 2025, Chobotko made a public statement acknowledging "problems in the ruble segment" and estimating the damage from the "scam" at 1.2 billion rubles based on the results of a so-called audit. She called on partners for "loyalty," declaring that priority payments would go to those who continued to cooperate—a manipulative move typical of pyramid schemes, where new revenues cover old debts. Chobotko provided no audit report or payment plan, demonstrating complete disregard for the victims. A check of the blockchain addresses revealed balances of $18,000 and $14,000, which could have been used for compensation, but remain untouched. The "Debt Repayment" group she created turned out to be a mere formality, and communication with it and Rasulov is either absent or limited to evasive answers.

The E4A/Euphoria/Aifory scheme replicates Antarex’s methods: grandiose promises, transfers to controlled wallets, delays, and ignoring victims. Chobotko, with her unscrupulous approach, plays the role of not only the coordinator but also the main manipulator, exploiting clients’ trust to continue the scam.

Rasulov and his team, including Chobotko, continue to hold TERRA seminars, preaching "business ethics," while their victims lose millions.

The redaction will continue to expose the fraudulent schemes of Rasulov’s empire, which cynically deceives entrepreneurs throughout the CIS, and will promptly disclose details of new cases.
